We require a 10 day written notice for cancellations. No refunds given for partial month or early move out.
Yes, customers can view and manage their billing through our online payment portal.
We have a rental agreement that must be signed and can be signed via e-signature.
Payments are considered late if they are two days past the first of the month. A late fee of $50 is applied and gate code lockout is activated until paid in full. For more details on this policy, as well as additional terms and conditions, please review the full Rental Agreement.
We require owner’s insurance on all vehicles. We also offer a supplemental policy through the tenant portal.
