Renters are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their vehicles and belongings. All stored vehicles must have owner’s insurance, and failure to maintain this coverage may result in additional liabilities. Supplemental insurance is available through the tenant portal.
As an occupant, you are responsible for all personal property stored within the unit. It is strongly recommended that you maintain insurance to cover any potential damage or loss.
Payments are considered late if not received by the 2nd of the month. A $50 late fee applies, and gate access will be locked until full payment is received.
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
Occupant shall not assign this Agreement or sublet the whole or any portion of the space rented.
- A $50 late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the due date.
- If payment remains overdue for an extended period, a $150 second late fee will be applied.
- Continued non-payment may result in additional fees and penalties.
If payment is not made within two days after the due date, access to the unit may be denied, and a lockout may occur. Additional fees may apply for reinstating access.
